Cookie login issue

    I’ve been getting the following error on my first attempt to login:

    ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

    After I receive the error, it gives me a second opportunity to log in and then it allows me to enter the dashboard. Is there an adjustment that I can make to avoid needing to login twice every time?
