Contact Template and Quick Contact Box not working

    Contact Template and Quick Contact Box are not sending emails, I have set the email in Highend Contact Options. I currently have a temporary domain, I’m not sure if that’s the reason it’s not working?

    Also, I need help styling the Contact Template, to something like the attached screenshot, but with a white send button instead of green.
