Contact Setting

What does contact setting in Highend theme actually? What does it do? Because it is displayed on my website and whenever someone clicks it nothing happens?

The Quick Contact Box is on and it says there that a simple ajax form (name, email, message)? will the form pop up? Because whenever i click the contact box button title nothing happens?
