Contact page only displays contact form

I have a contact page
http://www.hardwoodclocks.com/contact/

but the page only displays my Contact 7 widget, not the two rows of content I also created.

When I first created the extra content in Draft mode I could preview the page and everything looked great! Once I published the contact page, I can still see my rows of content in the Edit view but when viewing the published page, only the contact submission box appears.

How can I make the other content appear?
