Contact page doesn’t send email

Hello support

When the button “Send” is pressed on contact page, the e-mail is never sent.
Tried with different email providers, checked on Highend options contact tab, but nothing. The e-mail is not being sent.

How can we fix this?

Apart from that, is there a way I can put recaptcha next to the Send button?
I don’t know if it had to work, but contact form 7 has no acknowledge of the form on contact form page template.
