Contact Page and Tabs

Hello!
I need help with few things:

1- How do I change the settings for the message box inside the contact page? I can’t change the text or even the language of it.
2- Also on the contact page, the pin that identifies my location on the map is appearing as personalized, regardless of the option that I set in the options (i just need the simple google maps pin).
3- On my home page I use tabs with different information. I would like to know how I can customize the button colors, or even if I can customize these buttons with images.
