Contact forms do not work

Hi.
I just went to my website to check if things are working and I noticed that both, the contact form on my connect page as well as the quick contact box on any page do not work. The first (sticky) one does not react when I click “Send” and a hashtag appears next to the URL. The quick contact box doesn’t react at all when I click on it.

What is happening? I know, that the quick box did react normally the last time I checked it.
