Contact Form Not Working

This page is based on the contact page template. It looks like it successfully sends but it doesn’t. I have checked the mail settings under the theme and they are correct. I have created three other contact forms using Contact Form 7 and they all work; sending to the same email address. I also have Flamingo installed to capture contact form submissions. All of the submissions for the forms I built are there. I’m not sure what else to troubleshoot or try.
