Contact Form CSS

I put a contact form on my Coming Soon page. How do I change the background colors of the input boxes. I changed the text color using:

input[type=text], textarea, input[type=email] {color:#FFF !important;}

With the background photo I’m using it washes out and needs to stand out a bit more.
