Contact form 7 is not working

After updating the theme, the cf-7 stopped working properly – http://woorirussia.com/contact-us/ (there “required” field cannot be filled out).
I have tries to disable all plugins, it didn’t help, so, I assumed the reason is in theme conflict.

Could you help me resolve this issue please.
