Construction Mode cannot be shut off

I do not know why suddenly http://www.cleverways.ch is under construction, even though we have been live since a few months. I have NOT put the construction mode ON, but it is. My attempts to go into the Highend Options and put it OFF/ON a few times does put it back into the desired OFF-mode.

please help. Should you need credentiels, pls help yourself and retrieve it under previous private mails.
