comment ratings stars no longer showing up

hi there… i dont’ know what happened… but on the product page… we have a tab for reviews…

on the reviews tab.. there is a section to post a new comment with a star rating …

this was working… but all of sudden… it’s not showing the star rating where the user fills in the comments

old comments still show the star ratings… but any new comments/reviews no longer are able to… is that a change to highend?? is there a fix for this?
