Comment button not redirecting to mobile corretly

I have issues with how the appearance looks on the mobile for my Highend WP Theme. WordPress’ IT Team has made several attempts to fix this issue, but unfortunately the issue remains.

The site looks fine on a desktop computer, however I have some issues on the way it appears on the mobile. If you click on each recipe page, the comment button, down below, is not redirecting to the mobile correctly; it is overlapping with other texts. Also there are some empty boxes titled as Name, Email, and Website; which are not showing on the desktop. I am not sure why they are even appearing on the mobile. I would like for them not to appear at all.

WP stated that the theme developer will need to edit the css code in the stylesheet.css.
