Coming Soon Mode "under construction"

I seem to be having some issues with the coming soon mode 😅

I read in an older topic that it is (probably) cache related, so I contacted the host and asked them to clear the server cache. Sadly it hasn’t fixed the issue :(.
it displays fine on phone but on laptop and desktop it displays as under construction.
The issue started 4 days ago now and that should be more than enough time for the cache to fully clear.
When I contacted the hosting company again they said it was a theme issue… (I don’t believe them).
But to er on the side of caution, could you confirm that it isn’t?
