Coming Soon mode doesn't show on mobile device

Hi there,

I activate Coming Soon mode. It works fine on PC but it doesn’t show on mobile device. When I open our website on mobile device, it shows our regular website which we are working on it. Please check http://www.lapetitela.com. Mobile device also doesn’t show our regular page correctly either. It will be great if you can help to find out what happened?
