Color-Navigation Bar not working

Hi,

I am trying to change the background color of the global nav on highend site. I am using the Appearance > Customize > Color – Navigation Bar
I am able to switch the color, publish and see the change, but when I navigate away from the page or reload, it reverts back to white/gray. How can I change this color so that it stays?
