color issues

I am trying changing Backgroung, Text and Link , heading tags Colors for the website using customize setting, the changes are showed at the preview but when saving and publishing the changes are not in live.

How can i change those colors?and i want to change the background and text color of copyright section as well?pls rpl soon its urgent
