Color Customizer Not Working

Hello. I have a very simple problem that is having a major affect on my website designing capabilities. Every time I go in to customize the colour under my Highend Options, (Color Customizer), after I edit and save, it does not save the changes to my website! It’s as if I did nothing! I have tried signing out of my site, and signing back in; I have tried using another computer… nothing works.

Also, I have no idea how to change the background and add a background repeating pattern. Any info on how to do this? Thanks. – Janet
