Color Corrections

I need to customize the colors! Yes I already enabled the CUSTOM COLOR thing in the admin options, but it just slows my browser down and doesn’t work. I’m on a 2014 MAc Desktop, brand new top of the line, I’m not an idiot, It just doesn’t work.

I need to know where to edit the actual CSS files for the color scheme of Business Blue. I can’t seem to find it in the theme files. Can you point me in the right direction?
