Clean Talk Plugin – is it included with HighEnd Theme?

Is the Clean Talk Plugin included with the HighEnd Theme or is it only available on a trial basis? I am receiving conflicting information to my email telling me that my trial period is over and to purchase it if I want to continue. Please confirm if this is accurate or if the plugin is indeed included at no charge for users of this theme.
