Choice of templates with shopping / ecommerce?

Newbie here, so sorry if obvious question. Just installed Highend and looking at the choices of demo templates. Of the 12 available only 4 come up under SHOP. I think I like the “Minimal” template best but do want to be able to add a shopping cart to take payment for services offered on my website.

So – can I only choose from the 4 under SHOP or can any of the 12 demo templates have this shopping functionality?
