Child theme problem

Hello,
I’m having problems with setting up a child theme.
I’ve created a separate folder HighendWP-child
I’ve created a style.css inside that with this code in it:

Theme Name: HighendWP Child
Template: HighendWP
*/
@import url(“../HighendWP/style.css”);

But the website is completely unstyled.
What am I doing wrong?
