chatting activation

Hi,
I want to use live chat well. but i dont have purchase key on chat console.
I trie to go codecanyon as you instructed. but I can not see any download button on there.
* Go to Downloads page on CodeCanyon
* Click “Download” button
* Click License certificate link

Please let me use chat plugin well.
