Changing typography settings for non-Google fonts

There is no menu option to change typography settings (font size, line height, character spacing) for non-Google fonts from the sidebar.

I do not want to use Google fonts. I used a plugin to install my own fonts but this theme is lacking a customization menu option to change typography settings (a common feature of other themes I’ve used).

Is there a workaround for this other than editing the Theme File? Highend Themes advertising says that I can “customize every aspect,” I don’t like being forced into using Google fonts and I need to be able to change the typography settings in order to use fonts that I have a license for and have uploaded to WordPress.
