Changing to Highend Options Not Reflected on Site

I am trying to make changes to the Highend Options. When I click a check from Yes to No and click Save, it will sometimes Fail but most of the time save. However, when I click on the options again, it’s back to the original setting and not reflected the changes.

I am an admin on the server that hosts the site. I have verified that there is plenty of memory available. I’ve also updated the wp-config.php file so the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is set to 64MB.

I’ve been using the site for months without issue. I started running into issues this morning so I upgraded the theme from 1.5 to 1.7. That also failed a few times but eventually went through. Is there a potential for this to be an issue with the 1.7 upgrade?
