Changing Page Title/Subtitle/Background Image on Blog.

First, you guys rock!
Second, I’m having trouble getting the Page Title / Sub Title / Background Image to appear on my blog page.

I have tried all of the settings, example:
Go to Blog > Edit Page > General Settings > Feature Section Type; Hide > *Enter Page Title* > *Enter Subtitle* > Page Title Advanced Settings; Custom > Title Layout > Page Title with Background Image; yes > Preview Changes > Nothing…. just the title of the most recent blog post :-/

Go to Blog > Edit Page > General Settings > Feature Section Type; Featured Section type; Feature Image > Set Feature Image > Preview > Nothing…. Grrrr

Tried using Revolution Slider > Still nothing….

Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks guys(and gals)!

Oh, one more thing. Maybe I should open a new post (let me know)… when I edit anything on my blog then go to Preview Changes.. it doesn’t open up my blog page, it opens up my home page…??? I have no idea… every other page that I edit when I click Preview Changes it goes to that page in Preview mode… right?
