Changing email address on acct login

I logged on with my email address and entered the new one that I want to use for this account. It prompted an email to the new email account that asks me to click the link to confirm the change. When I click that link I get sent to
https://hb-themes.com/forum/all/users/tableofplentyhmb/

with an error message saying
Sorry, but you do not have permission to view complete user profile.
