Changing default theme

Hi, I am very new to wordpress. I have purchased highend theme and had the demo version downloaded. I am using frontend editor to make changes but can’t change (or dont know how to change) some of the already created demo pages to add my own content.

I need an ‘idiots’ guide to making changes.
