Changing CSS for Top Info Widget

I’ve added a Top Bar and found the CSS is called #header-bar and was able to add the following code to make it blue, which worked great.

#header-bar {
background: #0034d1 !important;
}

Now I want to change the text to white, and I thought I could use #top-info-widget, but that doesn’t appear to be having any effect

#top-info-widget {
font-color: #ffffff !important;
}

What do I need to make the text white?
