Change to Mobile Nav Earlier to Deal with Nav Overflow

So, I found an old post of yours detailing a near solution, but it doesn’t have comments enabled: hb-themes.com/forum/all/topic/changing-nav-bar-collapsing-breakpoint

The issue here is the “hamburger” mobile nav that appears early is right-aligned, but then if you keep shrinking it becomes centered (which is where it is on mobile). How can I adjust this to be centered the whole time? I have tried a lot of changes to your recommended CSS addition, but none of it seems to work.
