Change send to email address on contact form

I cannot figure out how to change the email address that messages get sent to from the contact form. Currently they come to my email (usually spam), but I need them to go to a different email address. This is the page: https://divoanaesthetix.com/contact-2/

If I can also change the subject of the incoming messages that would be great too. Currently they come in as “New Message!” and go straight to spam.
