Change Hyperlink Color

Hi – it looks like Noda has helped a few individuals with changing their hyperlink colors.

The links on my page look like normal text. I was wondering if they could appear as blue and underlined (unclicked) and then purple and underlined (following click) as on most webpages.

Is there a way to do a universal fix on all pages for this? I am new to this and not familiar with CSS and child themes and what not…
