cdn lost files

The Max cdn was working pretty well, but the firefox and IE fonts and Social were a problem. One of the tech support moved files around and the sidebar on blog disapperaed and site got very slow. I removed the site from cdn hoping it was how they configured. But i think he moved files to wrong location. Then he disappeared. They were on everything good till that point. I have a back up, but i don’t understand how to use it. When i double click on zip backup it has a sql file. The plugin is backupwordpress. I don’t know if you can see what he moved or not. I think i just need to get over to bluehost. The site has a double load and first one is slow. I think it’s hostgator.The sql backup is 8.6 mb.
Let me know if you can fix it. I am concerned about trying to upload this sql because the restore page from site states files need to go in 3 locations.
