Can’t turn breadcrumbs off

Hi,

I have a title banner showing on a few pages. It is set to show the title on a solid background color. Right under the page title, it also show a menu where you can click on the home page. For example, it shows the title and right below you can click on “home”:

I was told to turn off my breadcrumbs. I have turned off breadcrumbs in every place on my website, and it still appears this way. I have already given you login access back in January, but I haven’t gotten a reply on my other post. Please help.
