Can’t seem to change the footer bg image

I’m having trouble figuring out how to change the default background image. It looks like a map of the world its very faint but I don’t want it or I would like to replace it but for the life of me I cannot find that image setting anywhere. I was hoping to get some help.

I was able to update the widgets / information, and i found where to change colors but even that keeps defaulting back to this dark black with a globe map in the background. Attached is an image.

I am a relatively new WP user so any help is appreciated!
