Can't Install Highend

I purchased Highend thru Mojo Marketplace and then followed the trail
for the free install offered with the design for WordPress.
I did not get a notification about my request, either that it was received or how to accomplish the install.

I did receive a notice that I was signed up for the newsletter.

I tried to download and followed the manual install instructions but the file failed each time of the 3 I tried to load it.

Please let me know how I can take advantage of the free install.
