Cant import demo for Main Demo Site

I’m able to import the other demo’s no problem, but this site won’t import. I’ve tried on fresh install, and I’ve followed instructions on previous posts (increasing my memory, execution time, etc.)

I’ve tried to do it with no attachments as well, still not working. It just shows it’s loading when I press import and doesn’t change even after hours of waiting.
