Can't figure out where to update plugins

Another plugin question, but because I don’t understand where to resolve the issue. I looked in Appearance in the WP dashboard and there’s no plugin install page there. I also looked in the Highend tab and there’s no plugin update page there as well.

Please help! It’s the Layer Slider and Visual Composer.
