Can’t Edit WPBakery Widget in Highend Theme

Hi HB Themes,

I’ve recently encountered an issue when using the WPBakery plugin to edit any page. When I click on a widget to edit it the pop-up dialog never loads. I can add or remove existing widgets, rows, and columns but I can’t edit any of them. I’ve made sure all plugins and themes are up-to-date as well as cleared my browser cache but nothing has worked. Any help or insight into this issue would be much appreciated, thanks.
