Cannot remove icon outline in "Icon Feature"

I’m using the element “Icon Feature” and selecting icons from the existing library. However, when I deselect “Border around icon?” and Change the hover affect to “No”, it does not work. I hit save in the Edit Icon Feature box, then update the page itself but it always displays a border. I then go back in to edit the element and see both the border and hover options are set to yes.

I’ve tried editing in backend and frontend mode with the same results. Is this a known bug? Is there any other way for me to edit it?
