Cannot Activate Visual Composer

Hello,

I just purchased the Highend Theme and the license for WPBakery Visual Composer cannot be activated. My version of Visual Composer is 4.10 and I need to update it to 4.11.

I go into Visual Composer Settings > Product License > Activate Visual Composer
Then it leads me to the Envato page asking me to approve or deny authorization of WPBakery Support Portal to connect with my account.
Once I click “Approve” it brings me to a Server Error page, it says “cannot save user locally”

Please help!
