Can not install Highend Theme on site

    Hello, I have tried doing the direct wordpress install and also using FTP.

    in FTP it looks like it is in the correct place but it is not showing up to activate.

    I need some help! I would be happy to let you install it per Mojo Themes but I have never had trouble installing a theme previously.
