Can I move Highend theme to another site?

Hello,

I purchased Highend for a site that I was working on. I have decided that I need to use it on another site. Can I have it installed on a server while I am working on the new site, then move it to its permanent home? It was installed here: http://www.yachtsandtreasures.com
I deleted the theme and performed a fresh install of wordpess.
