Can I install sub-sets of this HighEnd theme into different sub-domains?

I have a domain: http://www.DalihanCenter.com & I wanted to install different sub-sets (sub-themes) into different sub-domains such as: restaurants.DalihanCenter.com. I successfully installed the Café theme to this sub-domain but I can’t install HighEnd again into another sub-domain to show the theme eshop for example. Is it because I only bought a single license & can’t install more than once? but if so, this is still within one domain & it fits the single license domain!!! Please advise.
