Button element in Visual Composer not working

I have buttons with a link to a different page but they don’t seem to work. I created a landing page with the exact same buttons and when I hover over them with the mouse it works, but on my other pages when I hover over the buttons, the mouse doesn’t recognise that it leads to a link.

What can I do to fix this?
