Bugs in HighEnd theme

Bugs in the theme: When I load linked text that is colored blue, they look fine in the Edit Page view but are black when I use View Page; they only turn blue when the cursor hovers over them (because I used Colors to turn them blue). Similarly, the list block looks fine in Edit Page view, but in View Page the items are not properly indented and there is no spacing after the final item in the list in View Page. My friend the WP developer said:
“Unfortunately, these are bugs in the theme, and I would report them to the theme developers. They are using different stylesheets in the admin than on the front end, so styles that look good in the dashboard just don’t show up on the site. I have added a few lines of custom CSS in the customizer to fix the problems with links and lists, but that code would be unnecessary if the stylesheets were working correctly.”
Can this be fixed so that it is corrected on the other four licenses I purchased?
