Bug ? Alternative text does not show as alt attribute in code

On semrush I get a warning that many pictures “don’t have alt attributes”. However, all pictures have alternative texts. When I check the code, some pictures have the alt attribute and some pictures don’t.

This seems to be a bug?! How can I fix it instead of manually adding the alt attribute?

The attached picture has an alternative text but in the code it’s missing:
