Broken links – don't understand were they are coming from – internal

I just started blogging, through your highend theme on wordpress, forgive me if my questions are basic as i’m very new to this world.
in my google websmaster i receive around 50 internal broken links, i’ve downloaded plug ins to delete them but they keep comming back,
i don’t understand from where they are generated and how i can remove them
