Broken Header in Aegaeus

Hello.

I’m using this theme for the first time.
I keep running into the same problem, even after a fresh install of WordPress and the theme.

Different actions seem to ‘trigger’ a problem where the Logo and other contents in the header disappear. To fix it, I keep doing OPTIONS RESET within Theme Options. Then I have to go through and add all my logo, background, favicons, etc etc. Then again, I’ll be working on something and BANG it’s all gone.

On the last install, I noticed that it made the menu look all weird (squished to the right).
This time I haven’t even got any pages set up or a menu. But the same header issue is happening.
