Blurry Team Member Picture (2)

Hi HB Team,

I’m facing the same problem as mazakali.
The pictures that I have uploaded are 370×370 px. While the pictures are correctly displayed within the team web page (http://info.welcomee.com/equipe-welcomee/), they are blurred within the single member page (http://info.welcomee.com/team/loic-hellegouarch/)

I observed that the single membre page uses a thumbnail 250x250px of the original picture.
How can I use the picture with the good resolution, and not blurred ?
